Xiaomi India — Power button and finger sensor not working | |||||
I have purchased redmi 3s prime on 17-aug-2016 (Your mi order is confirmed order id: [protected]) and device received on 19th aug 2016 evening. After using device for 3-4 days device was functioning abnormal like power button is not working, finger sensor stopped responding, device heating etc. On 29 aug 2016. I talked to customer care through chat support they have provided me one ticket id[protected] for device replacement. On 1st sept i received one mail stating that your request has been forwarded to logistics dept for device pickup. But i am still waiting for device to picked up and replaced.
