Xiaomi India — Problems with the mi redmi note 3 | |||||
Dear sir/mam, This is to inform that vide order no. [protected] i have purchase redmi note 3 handset from mi app on 13.05.2016 which was delivered to me on 18.05.16. After few days the phone started to hang which i thought might be normal due to bug on miui version. For resolving the same i updated the miui version to the latest update provided for the handset. Still the problem existed and it then started to reboot too and after some time the phone automatically got switched off. For resolving the issue, i contacted your authorized service centre at kolkata (Xiaomi exclusive - kolkata, 20h park street, ground floor, kolkata) dated 01.08.16 who later on did the software format and gave me the handset stating the problem is resolved. Still the problem was not resolved and i handed over my set to them for further inspection. They later on confirmed that the problem was not related to the software but the mother board is having a malfunction and has to be corrected. Since i am not satisfied with the quality of the handset purchased, i would request you to kindly replace the same or refund my amount.
