I have purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 from snapdeal . My product is not giving battry backup and it has charging issue get100% in 4 hours amd hanging problem also i request snapdeal to refund or replace my product but they dont take any action, i also call on [protected] but he say there no order place with your mobile number and they cut the call please help me my new phone is like dead phone pls pls
