I am following up with you to get new phone from 17/08/18. I given the compliant on 21st august 2018 and after this i am following up with you on[protected]. Still no response from your side. I have written a mail on 22nd also.in my last call they hold my call for more than 1 hour, please understand the customer precious time. I attached my call history i[censored] want i will send my call records also. Still my problem is not resolved even 0.00001% also and even after your mail confirmation also.
