I have brought Mi Note 7 Pro on 28 May flash sale and paid full amount.
I have been chasing up daily for phone to be delivered. After multiple calls to customer service, I get a call to let me know that the delivery partner of MI India (EKART) has returned the product to warehouse.
Now MI says they cannot reissue the order and hence will cancel the order and will refund the money. Refunds will happen between 8-10 days.
I want to complain about MI India high handedness and breach of contract on holding customer money and time without fulfilling the contract.
Please can you help me to raise my grievance with MI India and help me with delivering the product. Was this information helpful? |
