Xiaomi India — Product not repaired under warranty | |
I have brought a MI TV on (09/09/2018). It was running fine since last week. Last week I have encountered a problem with my MI TV the screen turned blank white screen. As soon I reached customer care of MI they have scheduled an appointment for technician doorstep service to my home. After inspection the service people reported that TV board has been damaged due to power fluctuation issue and it could not be covered under warranty. During the time of purchase I have been noticed that MI would cover me 2years of warranty for the TV .now when I spoke regarding the issue to customer care the reply I get is they only provide 2 years warranty for panel and the board inside TV would cover only 1 years warranty. Apart from this 1. Am residing outside industrial area so power fluctuation will nearly less 2. I have installed power fluctuation stabilization unit in my main MC box 3. Apart from that I have installed a separate stabilizer for my TV too. Now I could not understand how power fluctuation would affect my TV across all this .MI service person is quoting around 6500 for change of board in TV. MI is really disappointing their customers when it comes to service and warranty claim issues.so I request you to please go through this issue and change my TV board under warranty I have attached my bill copy, TV current condition photo with is grievance registration. contact:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
