Xiaomi India — product ordered, processed by xiaomi but not shipped at all

I had ordered a mobile (Y2) on mi store (Order id-[protected]) on 29th sep. The order is processed but they are not shipping and delivering the order. I have paid rs. 10798/- already. Also the customer service team is not providing proper solution. Also made a complaint on their customer care (Complaint no. Woin[protected]

Please help and support.
