Xiaomi India — Received damaged product(Redmi 3s prime) | |||||
Aug 21 2016 I recieved damage product (Redmi 3s prime), which I booked from mi.com. next day I complaint about it at mi customer care and its almost 25 days past and still they are saying that we're investigating and we'll contact you soon. When I asked about refund they said they have no refund policy. They are not replacing my product and keep saying same thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
