I received a defect piece, contacted mi customer care through mails and calls accepted for replacement its been more than 1 month 2 weeks no proper response and no progress in replacing mobile. Every time as i contact them they use to say with in 24 hrs problem will be solved but no progress. I informed that i am approaching consumer forum for justice and they informed to be patient sooner problem will be solved. Still how many days or months i need to wait for replacing mobile.
