Xiaomi India — Received defective redmi note 4 and mi customer service is yet to set a call for replacement

Received defective product from mi.com on 13.04.2017. ordered a redmi note 4 and it had a hump near speaker grill. Called customer care for replacement & they told issue will be resolved within 48 hours. It's already 48 houts after raising a complaint but still haven't received any call. 3rd class service by mi.com
Customers are being cheated literally.
