Xiaomi India — Redmi 2 Service

I bought redmi 2 6 months back. now i got a problem that phone is hanging at boot logo. I've consulted one of MI serive center in Bangalore and gave my phone exactly 9 days back. they concluded it as Mother Board Problem. Still no response from their side. If i called them for status, the only line they have is """we didn't have Mother board, has come from xiaomi." Why Xiaomi doing like this? Kindly give solution ASAP. If it continues definitely Xiaomi will lose its customers.
