I purchased one Redmi 2 on 03.09.2015, since then onwards the same is heating and not getting the battery backup, then I went to your customer care centre at Janakpuri, new delhi and given the same for replace the faulty parts, but after 20-25 days I again went to your centre for collecting my phone and they informed that the same is not replaced due to parts not available.
I could not understand why this is happening with your service centre and your phone, when I brought this on the same day the problem started and due to some reason I am unable to replace within a month time and I given to your service centre and they cannot repair or replace the same.
Keeping in view of this, request you to please replace the phone and do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
