Hello,
I bought MI redmi 3 mobile and it is defective peice.
Same issue I have told to the customer care and completed all the procedures to check the mobile and all the checks shows that mobile is defective.
I completed the mobile check at MI service centre also with job card no. JS[protected]. Complaint no for the replacement is 1677608.
Now, after a regular follow up also company has not started any initiative to pick up the device and replacement too. From one month I am facing this problem.
Now I am very much frustrated. I am not any more interested in Redmi 3. I am requesting them to do the refund also but representative are saying as per policy this is not possible now. Hence I am asking them as per your policy how much is the time limit to do the replacement? When you suppose to pick up the phone? When the replacement for this mobile will be provided? There is no any answers to my questions.
When it comes to customer there is no any law supporting us and no deadlines for the company to finish some activities. Hereby I am complaining against XIAOMi India as they have provided me the faulty redmi 3 device and they are not providing replacement on time. Take necessary action on them
