I recived an defective product from mi.com about 3 days ago and the phone is not even turning on the phone is redmi 3s i contacted mi customer care they said to just wait to get the call from thier soupport team but they never called it has been 3 days they told me that they will call in 24-48 hours but they never called and they are just wasting my time.
