Hi,
I have purchased a product 3s prime, which i received was damaged.
Audio jack was not functioning and display had a problem, the following next day i had spoken to the mi customer service with the issues and asking for replacement, but they said it cant be replaced due to some company policy.
Now in mi service center they are saying the whole hardware has to replaced/changed.
The phone is not even 1 month old, and full hardware changes, it is really disappointing it's not par to consumer standards.
I want a replacement or money to be refunded.
