Xiaomi India — Redmi 3s prime defected item replacement | |||
My order number is [protected].my friend Kiran jadhav ordered Redmi 3s Prime Silver 32 G mobile . I received the mobile on 13/8/2016.Mobile was stucking to Mi logo and was not able to power on. then i called on MI service toll free Number. They suggested to go to service centre to diagnose the mb. if not, Mb will be replaced . Went to Service centre DADAR, Mumbai they gave diagnostic sheet and said your mb will be replaced. Again call to your service toll free number and registered the complain of replacement. Complain No.[protected]. they said your mobile will be taken by the courier and our team will call you. I haven't received any call from your side and i am unable to contact to your service number. As this type of service i don't expect from MI. i am really sad to see your responses to serve the customer. Please collect your defected mb and replace with new mb phone.
