Xiaomi India — Redmi 3s prime getting switched off on its own even when battery is full | |||
My redmi 3s prime cell phone is getting switched off on its own even when the battery is full, I have tried to switch it on but it didn't. In the switched off state the phone some times become hot and then cools down and then after some time again becomes hot. The phone remains switched off. Since this is my only phone hence due to this switch off problem I may have missed my so many important calls. This has caused lot of mental harassment to me, I feel very frustrated.
