Purchased a new mobile redmi 3 s prime from www.mi.com which is defective piece so requested to replace it they asked to visit service center for repair it. Visited the service center they are unable to repair and they have given letter regarding that, so i asked for replacement yet not recived And they are not taking any action for replacement Was this information helpful? | |||||
