Xiaomi India — Redmi 3s Prime Repairing charge more than actual cost of New Handset

On 2nd Jan 2017 I have given my 2 month old Redmi 3S prime for repairing as its was not operating .

On 17th I recevied the handset with bill of 9800/- which is 1800/- more than actual cost of Handset which I purchased from Flipkart.

I need to know how can company charge more than actual cost of the handset
