Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a xiaomi redmi 4a phone in may'17, after 01 month phone statrted giving problems like network issue and hanging any time and on july 9th it has stopped working as phone was not able to catch any network.

Subsequently contacted to xiaomi service centre and sent mobile phone to ahmedabad service station on address provided by them through their pickmi services.

Now, after 22 days they even not answering calls and we called them on numbers from which they contacted us are out of service.

I am sharing the details provided by xiaomi for after mobile phone reached to them.
