Xiaomi India — redmi 4/display problem

I have a mi redmi4 phone. And some touchpad problem create automatic without any creack and without any damage. So i visit mi customer care but not satisfied respose give me from your customer care (S k care-morbi - 363641). So please take a action agains local care. And solve my proble as soon as possible. Customer care officer not received my mobile without any reason. And my mobile is up to date goods condition. I attach a some photo of my mobile. So please as soon as possible solve my problem
