I have purchased redmi 9 power mobile in amazon on 09/02/21 upto july-21 device worked good and no issue anything but in the month of aug-21 the handset had a problem in sensor proximity problem. while call or receive the calls screen will go off. press the power button or do anything not open/on the screen. so i visit the mi service center explain everything and they told me will change the board, because sensor will not coming separate so have to change mother board. i agreed because sometime it will happen in electric device it is first time so agreed to repair and taken back in good working condition. after few days same problem repeated in the device. again visited the service center. they told me same again. i am not agreed but finely they convinced to finel repair. second time repair done. but after repair one day also not working properly. now not required this handset . kindly replace the new handset or refund the money. otherwise keep the handset with your brand only . i am fed off this.in this regard already register complaint in customer service. pls do the needful.
