Dear Sir,

I have submitted my Redmi Note 3 on dated 12/9/2016 jobsheet no.WXIN[protected] on MI Janakpuri Service Centre. MI executive told me that you can collect the mobile phone on 14th Sep. On 14th I went to MI Janakpuri Service Center they denied and told me 15 days more. Now today is 1st October I went to MI service centre for collect my phone now again they denied and told me part is not available and not sure when it will come.
