While am traveling on my bike i gone wet by heavy rain and my phone was in my pocket. When i reach home and take it from my pocket it was gone to power off mode. I tried to switch it on, it made on but suddenly swiched off, and it started restarting again and again. I rushed towards near famous mobile shop called image (Nilamboor branch) it seemed that it was filled by water, inside the camera also (Nb:it is splash proof and water proof (Company says such). I realised that it is not good to not cleaning it. After cleaning it they said that there is a shot circuit on battery and we need to change it but they haven't have battery of k20 model. I rushed to mi autherised servise center kozhikode flex, yamuna arcade, 13/507 2nd floor, kallai rd, kozhikode, kerala 673001. They behaved me as a begger, even though i reached with a complaint of premium series phone of mi. They said they wont allow warranty and they said we can solve the problem by self finance. After agreeing it and after two days they called me and said that it is not in battery, complaint is on its board!. What shall i do. I spended 24000 rupees for this premium phone. Iam going to move leagaly on this problem. I dont think that a water damage can bring problem on its board. And also image service adviser is not a fool, he said that it is only a problem of its battery. I want to hear a clear responce for this. And officialy, i cant talk in hindi or english fluently.
