this mail is regarding replacement of product
redmi node3.
I had ordered on 8 sep2016 and received on 12 sep2016. [Order ID: [protected]]
but product was defective (was not getting switched on). Complain ID[protected]
I have registered complain for the replacement on 13 sep.I also
visited MI service center @marathli surveCenter bangaluru on 13 sep and register the complaint on the same day.
after two days I got call from your side but could not pick your call (CELL PHONE IS NOT ALLOWED IN MY OFFICE).After my office hours I tried to callback but number was invalid then on the same day I updated my number [[protected]].
After 2 days I got call on my old number[[protected]] even though I have updated my other number .I didn’t get any call on my new number.
then imdetliy I contacted to your customer service and they ensure me for the replacement on urgent basis but I didn’t get any notification from your end.
on 21sep i got mail regarding cancellation.
After this again I registered complain . ID:[protected]
I want to know why it was canceled.
I have few concerns :.
1) is this my mistake you delivered me defective product?
2) did I paid full amount of many at the time of delivery or not?
3) did I not rise the complaint within 10 days?
4) did I not update my contact number?
I want to know the answers for my above questions.
and at this time of point I am not interested to use you product and your services.
I want refund amount within 24 hours.
I will file the complaint against you. honestly I don’t want any kind of trouble but if this is only one solution I will definitely register complain in consumer code.
