Xiaomi India — Redmi note-3 (audio problem) replacement request | |||
[incident:[protected]] I had purchased the redmi note-3 from mi.Com by paying online which is delivered to me on 1-aug and when started using it i found out it has incoming audio/sound problem or mic problem as i am unable to hear any incoming voice clearly during calls. The phone also failed the test guided by customer care executive and then raised the complaint for replacement on 2-aug. It is almost a week over they are not giving me any date and time by which the phone will be picked from my location and the days it will take to get replaced. I get only one line reply from them "complaint is escalated will contact you soon" I am feeling cheated by the company since phone is not of my use now and they are not replacing it quickly. Now i want refund so that i can purchase new phone from the market. Else replace it in 2-3 days which is not possible for them, it will take months which is not acceptable for me since i have paid them. Who is responsible for the time & money that i have invested?
