Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 charger/worst service

Sir my redmi note 3 charger is not working as it is fluctuating so i submitted my adapter to kanpur service Centre at express road. I submitted him the charger at 30th may and the expected date of charger replacement provided was 8june but it's 20 July i haven't received my charger. I visited service center several times any even called him many times the only answer ireceive from that service center guy is that it will be replaced next week. This is so irritating and it is very right to say that mi services are worst i[censored]r company is not able to provide service then why u have put up service centers this is ridiculous. Your company is just producing smartphones regardless of providing services and the worst part are the customer care numbers who are good for nothing because they just do nothing only thing they know is to talk in graceful voice.
