Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 - defective phone delivered. | |||||
I ordered a Redmi Note 3 phone from MI website to avoid any defects, but when i received the phone, it was defective handset, the area near switch off/on button is received in a damaged condition. I registered the complain on the same day 13 Sep16, complain no.[protected]. but till date (20th Sep16) they have only one response, that our customer team will contact you soon for replacement. They do not understand any urgency of customer. The defective handset is lying in my house in one corner, & i am using someone else's old handset. Everytime a new customer care executive picks & i get only one response "Please wait, our team is working on this". Now I am so frustrated, i only want refund for it, i do not wish to have any relation with MI. Please help me to resolve this issue fast, or suggest some legal action i can take. My powerbank is in warranty, i have given my powerbank to XIAOMI official service centre on 21.07.2016. My complaint is registered & Its been 60 days still it has not been repaired nor i have got an official word about it.

I had given my phone to service centre before 47 days but they didn't repair my phone in this time period but till now we didn't get any response from there.Customer care is saying just wait or wait.. How many days i can wait???
