Xiaomi India — Redmi Note 3 phone replacement not received after 45 days | |||||
I had raised a complaint with Xiaomi India for defective product received on 12th Oct and sent pictures the same day. After 20 days I was asked to send the product to them by courier. They received the product by 3rd Nov. Now its almost 45 days since I first raised the complaint and I am yet to receive the product. Their customer service is bad. They customer service agents dont respond properly and upset you with their attitude. They would not even refund the money. It has been a harrowing experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
