Xiaomi India — Redmi Note 3-Replacement | |||
I have purchased Redmi Note 3 from Mi.com which was delivered to me on 19.08.2016 and when i was started using i discovered that front camera is not working. I started calling to customer care no. and ultimately connected on 24.08.16 and try to resolve online only but no use and put on hold for appx. 45 minutes. Then again I called on 25.08.16 they inform me to go to service center once. i visited service center and they also confirmed that there is hardware issue. Then again I called customer care no. and they inform me that we will give you replacement. They shared the procedure of replacement through mail (See Annexure 1 for mail) and inform that our logistic department will reverse pick up the device form your home. However, till date device is not pick up from home and also there is no call/mail from Mi.com. Whenever I called to customer care no. they inform me that you will have to wait but not saying the exact time. Now almost one month is supposed to expired on 19.09.16 and there is no replacement. Please refer Annexure 1 to 4 for number of times I mail to customer care No. Also lots of call made to customer care but not resolved my issue.
