Sir, with so much of excitement i brought my redmi note 3 phone on 16 may. I was so happy with the phone but unfortunately it feel down and my screen got broken then as i have taken the mi protect i called them registered my complaint on 24 may after formalties they took phone on 5 june and gave into service center but since then i keep on getting due dates and those are extended when the come. Sir mine is a very smaal problem of screen replacement do u feel it is right for me to wait teo month for this as my new due date is 12 august. I am completely disheartened ny your service now this will tend me to do begative publicity for the brand kindly look into the matter.
