Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 with service center for more than 2 months

I have purchased redmi note 3 on 11 May 2016 from amazon.in and it mic and battery has some problems. Deposited with MI service center in Moradabad on Sep 24 and still not serviced. Its warranty is getting void while lying in service center and they have not provided any service phone though its almost 2 months. They were telling part is not in supply. Its a brand new handset and I have paid it through my hard earned money and I am now stuck with my phone lying at service center without any action. They are not even providing any updates.
