Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3g - what would it take to get back my phone?! | |||||
On 5th December I submitted my phone to MI Authorized Service Center in Malad - TVS Electronics. They changed the motherboard in October, 2015 due to heating issue. After changing the motherboard, the phone used to auto switch off and go blank. So on 5th December I went to submit the phone and get my problem resolved. So after inspecting my phone they said that they need to replace the motherboard again and said that it would take 10 days. After that, I contacted them 4 times within 1 month and every time they gave the same reply that it would take a week more and that the company is not sending the parts. And then when i called them for the 5th time, they said that as the company has stopped manufacturing Redmi Note 3G, the company is not manufacturing motherboards for the phone and that you now directly contact the company if you want your phone back. On contacting Xiaomi on their Tollfree number, they raised my complaint and said that they would look into the matter. I don't know how much it would take to get my phone back.
