I was a regular redmi user as me and my father was using same redmi note 4 for more than a year and was very happy with the services so we thought of purchasing same handset for my mother as well, which we did, and we gifted her redmi note 4, 64 gb, gold on 30 may 2017 from deep communications with invoice number 873 which worked good for quite few time and then suddenly it started giving me problems as both sim stopped working and its not the case of single time we have faced it thrice and then we went to your customer service centre and get it repaired on 20-01-18 on the same day it got repaired twice as the executive checked it and told that there is some issue with handset and then we went for the third time for the same issue on 13-03-18 and get it repaired we asked him regarding replacement as well to which he said it can't happen even if my phone is in warranty and if we face the same issue again he will change the motherboard, if it is the issue with the handset i must get a replacement, because right now my phone is in warranty so i m getting free repairing but when it's warranty gets over i will b charged for a hardware problem which i have already figured out while my phone was in warranty... I don't think it's good customer service from your end... It's quite embarrassing for me as well, as it was our believe on your product... Please do look into the matter otherwise i have to take some adverse step which i don't want to because i m still a satisfied customer..
