Xiaomi India — Redmi note 4 damaged product | |||||
Hello this is nikhil i have ordered an redmi note 4 (2gb 32gb) as on 2 feb and got it on 5 feb at my adress but when i opened the box the mobile screen is cracked so i call coustmer care regarding my defective piece so they told me to click snapshots of the mobile.. So i had clicked and send it to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com so i waited soo much.. They called me on 16 feb and said me to dilever thier defective peics to thier mi ware house.. So i paid courier charges by my own and courier it... Then the product is dielverd at 24 feb.. And today is 3 march They haven't called me one time that the product is dielverd and what is the procedure.. And when i call they say sir please wait some days we will call you... The xioami service is really pathetic... Can't expected from xiaomi... Was this information helpful? | |||||
