I ordered a redmi note 4 mobile from their online mi store on sep 20, 2017. I have cancelled the order #[protected]. Since i didn't like the colour, as per the instruction given by the customer care executive, i didn't receive the delivery and returned the product. I m fed up of making continuous effort to get the refund. Even after making continuous effort to get the refund - #[protected]. [incident:[protected]], its a failure only I m making continuous calls to customer care, but all are in vain. I m not getting proper response I m getting a response mail saying that somebody will call me within 24 he's, only time is running Customer care executive says the complaint is escalated.
