Xiaomi India — redmi note 5 pro issues | |
Dear ma'am/sir, I've just purchased an xiaomi - redmi note 5 pro on 17th august with order number[protected] with name kuldeep and address at karanjia. Recently it suddenly turned off automatically on its own and when i took it to the service center and they told me the warranty seal is already void as i've dis-assembled the phone somewhere else other than mi's service center. But that ain't the case, because i did not do anything with my new phone and later on they went to say that the motherboard of my phone is damaged and they require a fees of rs.9, 000 to repair it. I'm regretting having purchased a phone of xiaomi as you guys didn't help me out even on your hotline (Toll-free) number. I've further resolved and decided to file a consumer case on xiaomi because i'm sure enough that i didn't mishandle or dis-assemble my new phone.
