Xiaomi India — redmi note 7 pro: display problem within a month.

It hasn't even been a month and there is a problem with the display of the phone, half of the screen gives black tint. The display is in the bad condition and the phone has no physical damages, not even major scratches as it is not even a month old.

I went to the mi service centre and they said that this problem is not included in the warranty and that the screen must have been pressed with force and they said nothing could be done about that, i will have to pay for the damages.

This handset is in a1 condition and is clearly a quality problem within the phone.

This phone should either be replaced, or given a refund of.
