Xiaomi India — Redmi note3 3-32gb grey : has suddenly switched off in 4 days.. asked for replacement [incident:[protected]]

No response from xiomi team.. I was told phone will be picket in 2 days..& a replacement will be sent soon..

Now after 5 days of the complaint.. No response to mails or calls...

I want to have full refund if there is no replacement early.
Request others to be carefull when handling with xiomi products.

Hi mallikarjuna,

Greetings from mi india customer support. My name is devendra.

I value your concern and as been discussed over call would like to inform you that we have all the necessary details of your's, so i am forwarding the concern to our logistic partner for the pickup of your device. I would also like to inform you that the reverse pick up will be attempted only once from our side and if the attempt is failed, so the cost of sending product to the warehouse is to be bared by you. So i would request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to replace the device.:-

Please pack the product in the original box with the all the accessories or else it will not be considered for rvp (Reverse pick and drop).
The invoice needs to be kept inside the box.
Please mention the amount value of your product as inr 4900/- on the box, since the device is defective now.
Mention the warehouse address over the box.

Warehouse address :
Xiaomi logistics, c/o dhl supply chain pvt. Ltd, plot nos. 193-197, 254-258, 137, 248-249 jigani link road, bommasandra industrial area, bangalore 562106, karnataka.

Once the device reaches our warehouse then it will take 5-7 working days for the replacement.
