I have ordered for redmi k20 pro on October 2 from mi.com through emi transaction.Unfortunately I had to cancel the transaction on 03-october due to some reason.Since then I have been following up with MI customer care for refund but no use.
The time I cancelled the order the product was not even shipped. But MI customer care people are saying that the product hasn't reached the warehouse yet so only after it reaches warehouse refund will it be initiated.
Everyday new story from customer care.
on the other hand i had made this transaction as EMI while placing the order. When I reach out to bank people to cancel the EMI transaction they are asking about a refund. But MI is delaying refund.
If the refund is not processed before 15th of this month then i need to pay 6 months EMI for a product that i haven't purchased.
This is what is not expected from MI.
