I had ordered for Air Purifier worth Rs. 8999-/ on the 29th of December via Mi.com. Since the product was not available I was promised a refund, The refund was initiated on the 12th of January and I was promised the same would be reflected 7-10 working days. However, on calling the service center again, they said the refund has been re-initiated on the 21st of Jan and the same would be reflected by 3-4 working days. Since I didnt receive it, I called again and it was informed that refund was initiated on 27th of Jan and the same would be reflected within 3 working days i.e. 31st of Jan.
