I ordered a mobile on 27 Feb from online MI store. Due to my mistake, I mentioned wrong mobile no in my delivery address.
Then, I contact customer care they suggest me to cancel the order and reorder the same with correct details.
I cancelled the order as suggested by your rep on the same day i.e. 27 Feb 21.
But till now I did not get the refund till date.
I contact your customer care regarding the refund they are just simply saying that payment is initiated at their side and contact the bank.
Then I contact the bank regarding the same bank rep is simply saying that contact the merchant where you pay the amount.
Sir, please don't treat me as a passing ball.
It is my humble request kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
