Xiaomi India — Refund not received till now

My name is bittu sha and i had ordered mobile of rs 16999/-. Redmi note 9 pro in xiaomi india on 13/05/2020 and after 03/06/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18/06/2020
Xiaomi india initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Xiaomi india sent this reference number
(74332740171017060426329) and told me to fill charge dispute form. My card number is [protected].
I have already complaint to company a lots of time but still i did not get the refund and bank also denied to check by arn number given by company.

So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
