Xiaomi India — refund not received which was initiated | |
I had made a purchase of mi note 8 pro smartphone on mi.com (Order id [protected]) on 29/11/19 of worths rs 15999/- through online payment which was successful. But the order was not placed due to technical issues so i asked for a refund after some days of conversation they agreed to refund by confirming through mail. But now they are saying that refund has been done but i haven't received any kind of amount. When i contacted them they asked me to send the account statement and i sent it. They haven't refunded any amount they are not even giving the transaction details also, so i thought of go for consumer court Was this information helpful? | |
