Xiaomi India — Refunded money not received

On 28 sep i purchased a redmi 9 via mi store (Online) by sbi debit card, due to some issues i had to cancel my order. I cancelled it within few hours. Till now haven't receive my money. They are not giving back my money everytime they are making different kind of excuses. As per my conversation with them i send a mail to them but till no response i receive from their end. Are they really being honest to their customers?? Today is 8th october i am not receiving my money since last 10 days. Solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint at my nearest police station. For your reference i attached the screenshot. My mail id - [protected]@gmail.com
