I bought a redmi 8 2 months ago. The device went totally dead on the 6th day after i tried to restart. I got the device repaired at the nearest mi service center for the fourth time in a row for the same problem. The device keeps on crashing on restarting. It is confirmed that the device is defective but still i have been refused replacement by the service center manager. It is against xiaomi's policies of replacement. Was this information helpful? |
