Xiaomi India — Reg not response by karthick csm and by mi tv service centre

I have sold mi tv 4x 55 inch tv in my store and booked for installation on[protected] till now they have not response to customer and to the store .I have raised to csm regarding this issue to solve he also response to mi store .So take action in this issue
