Xiaomi India — Regarding Complaint for Repair of MI Note4G

I have submitted my MI Note 4G mobile to Xiaomi authorised service centre at Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, New Delhi vide job sheet no-JS[protected] dated 20/05/2015 and till date I have not received my handset repaired despite several repeated reminders to customer care centre. I have been without mobile for past 09 days which is causing great inconvenience to me. I request you to look into the matter and arrange to get my mobile repaired or provide me a new one as my phone is under warranty at the earliest. Bhopal singh [protected]
