Xiaomi India — regarding display and volume keys

From the start, the display of my phone is not appropriate, it's having two lines on display. I went to authrosied service center but they keep on saying that we have not spare display, when they have they will fix it. But from that its one month over but they havenotresolve my complain. Another issue is regarding volume keys whish was stuck inside but same reason they have not item. I belong from city faridkot, state punjab, pincode - 151203. Plz solve my query as soon as possible. Thanks
