Xiaomi India — Regarding mi account

It's been 15days approximately I have been facing trouble in checking in get apps. Every time when I go for it there is a popup arrived "something wrong with your account please change your password" .
Recently I have taking chats support regarding the same, but it seems like they don't have any Authorization on this.
It's already taking longer than I expected.
Short this issue as hurry possible. It would be highly appreciable
